Believe me, no group causes more concern (and grey hair) for employers and managers than the millions of teens in America’s workforce. This is a generation that is skeptical, streetwise, creative, and remarkably resourceful; and, they don’t easily accept ideas at face value. From restaurants to retail, the teen employees of today are constantly challenging and questioning, as they want to understand the reason behind the direction, the mission, and the policy.
